We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Pre-Sales team. As a Pre-Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by showcasing the value and capabilities of our products to potential clients.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the software industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and translate them into tailored product demonstrations and solutions
  • Knowledge of the Compliance and RegTech industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and continuous learning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
  • German native speaker, proficient in English language

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for potential customers, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose customized solutions.
  • Assist in the development of technical proposals and respond to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Lead the design and execution of proof of concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our solutions.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process, including answering technical queries and addressing concerns.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on the technical aspects of our products and create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market requirements, and ensure demo environments are up-to-date.
