  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 10 + years of experience in industrial automation
  • Good understanding of prescribed applications, product, software and services
  • Business development attitude
  • Strong communication skills both with internal and external clients

  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

MAIN TASKS:

  • Understand key go-to-market strategies, analyse designers’ needs, and assess our competitive advantage.
  • Identify and map potential industrial designer partners, maintain an updated database in the CRM system, and collaborate with relevant channel and marketing managers to develop effective strategies.
  • Execute strategies for the designer community, continuously engaging through MySchneider platform and training initiatives.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with leading Industry Automation designers, serving as a trusted advisor for those working in design institutes or as System Integrators
  • Influence decision makers at the early project stages, and if necessary, identify potential decision makers associated with the designers.
  • Recommend our products and solutions for each targeted application in industrial automation.
  • Transition prescribed projects to the sales organization and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders in the later project stages.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Foster and develop business relations with customers and potential clients, including internal clients beyond market specifiers.
  • Expand the range of prescribed applications, products, software, and services continually.
  • Develop account-specific plans for key customers to enhance their understanding of Schneider Electric solutions.
  • Lead business development initiatives to achieve the company’s mid and long-term strategic goals.
  • Regularly update the Customer Database for managed accounts, recording necessary data in CRM system and databases such as contact details, project information, and visit logs.
  • Act in alignment with the company’s goals and commercial policies, preserving the company’s image.
  • Proactively promote our digital platforms for knowledge sharing and import best practices from other country activities.
  • Prepare technical presentations and demonstrations, adapting Schneider’s offerings to customer applications.
  • Provide advice to customers on their processes and/or solutions.
  • Support key account teams in end-user prescription, including system and product qualification for vendor lists.
  • Engage in system architecture design and technical consultancy.
