We’re seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our vibrant Pricing Team within the Revenue Management department. This role is part of our Commercial area and reports directly to the Pricing Director.

HOW YOU’LL LIVE YOUR AMBITION:

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be at the heart of our pricing strategy, working across all Costa fleets and markets. Your goal will be to maximize company revenues through innovative pricing optimization for both cruise and transportation services.

Demonstrate your passion:

  • You will drive our pricing strategy by market, ensuring it aligns with our broader commercial goals. This involves defining the annual sales plan in line with activation plans and growth strategies across various markets.
  • You will study the business environment, monitor competition, and define price positioning for Costa’s products globally. Your keen eye for detail will help track business performance and adjust pricing strategies to seize new opportunities or mitigate risks.
  • You will innovate pricing models to maximize customer willingness to buy and pay, tailoring different levels of price bundles by market. Your creativity and analytical skills will be crucial in this role.
  • Working closely with the E-commerce team and other channel stakeholders, you will ensure a seamless omnichannel customer journey. Your collaborative spirit will help enhance our customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • You will play a key role in the financial revenue planning process, interacting with Costa’s Sales & Marketing teams worldwide to ensure our pricing strategies are aligned with our financial goals.

  • You will prepare and analyze reports on pricing strategies and market trends, providing valuable insights to guide our business decisions.
  • You will conduct ad-hoc analyses and create compelling presentations to showcase performance results. Your ability to communicate complex data in an understandable way will be key.
  • You will maintain and enhance pricing tools, always seeking innovative ideas to improve accuracy. Your proactive approach will help us stay ahead of the curve.
  • You will foster strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams. Your interpersonal skills will be essential in this collaborative environment.
