The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for building, evaluating, and maintaining pricing models; conducting pricing analysis; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop competitive pricing strategies. They will assist in setting pricing levels, monitoring pricing performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning pricing model workbooks, including collaborating with P&L owners to ensure accuracy of model inputs
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams to build competitive pricing models for new and renewal opportunities for RBS services
  • Analyze pricing data and market trends to develop effective pricing strategies
  • Monitor competitor pricing and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing for new products
  • Evaluate pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Conduct pricing analysis to assess the impact of pricing changes on overall business performance
  • Assist in setting pricing levels for products and services based on cost analysis and market trends
  • Maintain pricing data and ensure accuracy in pricing calculations
  • Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and implement pricing initiatives accordingly

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a pricing analysis or related role is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of pricing methodologies and strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
  • Experience in benefits administration is preferred
  • Bilingual (English and French) is preferred
