QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or a similar strategic role.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, ride-hailing, automotive, or subscription-based business models is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in data-driven decision-making and financial analysis.
- Skills:
- Strategic Pricing Expertise: Ability to develop and implement effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Market Analysis: Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
- Additional Requirements:
- Experience in the Middle East market, specifically in KSA and UAE.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of subscription models and the automotive sector.
