Job Description

  • Coaching & mentoring various organizational entities and roles in R&D to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the understanding of our way of working according to our Scaled Agile Interface.
  • Drives knowledge sharing, facilitates, coordinates, and designs trainings, and workshops for topics focusing especially on Agile mindset and practices.
  • Proactively engages with stakeholders to understand their expectations and needs and collects feedback.
  • Drives organizational change to solve challenges and improve value delivery.
  • Supports the R&D Organization through the Continuous Agile Improvement Workflow by identifying, prioritizing, and creating the space for solving impediments.
  • Establishes guidelines and provides good practices for effective collaboration in the value creation flow across the R&D organization e.g. via the Scaled Agile Interface.
  • Ensures process adherence by increasing awareness and understanding through documentation, trainings, and communication.
  • Proactively contributes to updates, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Scaled Agile Interface.
  • Proactively acquires deep knowledge and understanding of the:
  • big picture and the strategic view,
  • company culture, dynamics, how people interact and collaborate through listening, observing, and learning,
  • general challenges of scaling.
  • Anticipates obstacles and proactively brings proposals to remove them.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Min. 8 years of experience as Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Transformation lead in medium to large-scale organizations.
  • Experience with distributed/remote teams.
  • Experience in Change management/Organization design.
  • Experience as a software engineer/ with product development to communicate with our experts accordingly.
  • Certifications (Agile Master, Scrum Master, SAFe, LESS, …).
  • Organizational talent with sensitivity.
  • Strong communication skills, pleasure in moderating, assertiveness, and fun working with people.
  • Independent work is required. We act with a lot of freedom, which should be considered and used reasonably (Autonomy Principle).
  • Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners spread across different locations and countries with different cultural backgrounds.
  • Very good spoken and written knowledge of English (German is a plus).
