MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on hunter and closer.
• Proven ability to actively engage in client interactions and deal execution, work closely with sales teams in the front lines. Must combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales involvement to drive deep customer interactions and maximize opportunities.
• 15+ years of software selling experience to the financial services industry, with 8+ years specifically in Payment Solutions, especially Issuing sales, and a proven track record of selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banks and Financial Institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services industry, particularly in Payments, Issuing, high-value payment systems, high-volume payment transactions, card processing, etc.
• Proven track record of subject matter expertise in the Payments industry.
• Expert in acquiring in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses, identifying their challenges and opportunities and positioning solutions to address those needs effectively.
