WHAT WE WOULD REQUIRE FROM YOU

Due to a number of new high profile projects, we require an experienced building services engineer to join our team. As a qualified senior/principal electrical building services design engineer, we would require you to undertake the following duties:

  • Planning, designing, monitoring and inspecting M&E systems.
  • Advising clients, architects and other consultants on matters relating to building services and interdisciplinary matters
  • Making life-cycle decisions about existing systems equipment and the appropriate location of new equipment
  • Designing systems with the aid of computer-aided design software such as Autocad, Revit and Mechanical/Electrical calculation software.
  • Overseeing and supervising the installation of building systems throughout the construction phase of a project
  • Ensuring that the design of the proposed building services meets legislative and health and safety requirements.
  • Meeting manufacturers of M&E plant/equipment to keep up-to-date with the latest products

We are looking for someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude who can help take Survey Design Consult to the next level.
