Your Role
You will play a pivotal role in transforming patient care through strategic medical leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and updates of the Global Medical Strategy for early portfolio assets.
- Driving the scientific narrative and medical communication for assigned diseases.
- Building relationships with external experts to shape medical strategies.
- Contributing to clinical and real-world studies relevant to early assets.
Additional responsibilities include contributing as a co-lead in strategic forums, providing inputs into Clinical Development Plans, and preparing pre-launch activities for assets advancing to later development stages.
Your Qualifications
We are seeking a professional with a robust background in Medical Affairs and Clinical Development, ideally supplemented by global experience. Essential qualifications include:
- Medical Doctor (MD), PharmD, or PhD in natural sciences.
- Minimum of 8 years in Medical Affairs roles.
- Experience in dermatology and with topical agent is preferred. Medical board certification in dermatology is a definite plus
- Hands-on experience with product launches and marketed products.
- Strong understanding of the drug development process.
A strategic mindset, collaborative approach and a high level of integrity, and being a quick learner are personality traits that will be beneficial for this role.
