About The Role:
Senior Principal Product Manager - This role is flexible hybrid 2-3 days in the office in either Prague or Brno. (no remote contracts)
Our Digital Trust Services (DTS) Team is looking for Senior Product Manager that has experience in launching and scaling products and services in digital identity and/or adjacent spaces. As part of DTS product team you will work very closely together with fellow team members on both strategic product level as well as backlog prioritization and day-to-day delivery. You will also be continuously engaged with other DTS teams (engineers, designers and commercial) across different geographies, making sure our roadmap is aligned with our overall strategy and the evolving needs of our customers.
We are looking for someone who has strong understanding of digital identity verification requirements across different verticals and who is familiar with emerging new paradigms in identity space evolving around wallets, credentials and reusable identity solutions. Strong affinity towards customer-centric approach to product development and passion to think outside the box is critical for this role. We are looking to design services that stand out in the market by the way they delivery value to our business customers as well as consumers across the globe.

What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of the market, our business customer needs, competitors/industry trends, and end customer needs
  • Engage with internal key stakeholder and external customer and partners to discover opportunities worth pursuing for DTS and its product offering
  • Translate those opportunities and customer needs into product roadmap and consequently into backlog items prioritized and prepared for development and launch cycle
  • Work closely with other product team members and designers on defining and driving product vision and strategy as well as overall product experience for our customers
  • Engage with partners and service providers that are part of our product and services offering: drive services and capabilities reviews, test different solutions, help drive integrations and/or joint co-development of offering
  • Manage effective alignment and communication across internal and partner stakeholders
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

  • At least 7 years of relevant product management experience with a proven record of successfully launching SaaS products and/or experiences in web, iOS and Android mobile apps; at least 3+ years of product management experience at senior level.
  • Experience working in digital identity, identity verification solutions or adjacent area such as fintech is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate on strategic level as well as passion to deep dive into details of product while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Ability to build credible relationships and influence with both highly technical stakeholders and non-technical stakeholders
  • Great at solving practical problems and dealing with ambiguity.
  • A structured mindset and a critical thinker with a hands-on working style.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a highly dynamic and diverse environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and able to clearly define different delivery options and their respective trade-offs.
  • Has excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal) to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Affinity towards or experience in product market positioning and creation of product marketing materials will make you stand out.
