Description:

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As a Senior Process Analyst, you will engage with business leaders, process owners, and SMEs to create awareness of Process Solutions services and technologies. You will manage relationships with key business collaborators at all levels to support identification and bring together of new automation and process simplification opportunities. You will also be responsible for completing, validating, and feeding opportunities into the pipeline, working with the business area and IT to prioritize which opportunities to progress to qualification/development.
MAIN SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Proficiency in English
- Experience of process change and technology project implementation
- Good communication, team member management, and influencing skills
- Strong time management skills with ability to work at pace, balancing multiple tasks & projects at one time
- Proven experience of organizational change
- Upbeat and self-motivated
- Excellent presentation & oral communication skills
- Comfortable with working virtually in a global environment
- Strong analytical skills to be able to discover and interpret business change requirements
- Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment and is willing to adapt responsibilities to meet organizational strategic priorities
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of project delivery in at least one of the following: RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, Workflow or Low Code automation.
- Have analyzed and redesigned business processes using standard business process re-engineering techniques, e.g. swim lane diagrams, Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping
- Experience of working in Agile methodology
- Experience and confirmed results of change projects within the Pharma industry
- Experience of working globally

Responsibilities:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Process Analyst in the Enabling business area. This role is perfect for those with a strong desire to gain exposure to innovative automation techniques, coupled with experience in process mapping & optimization, and partner & organisational change. You will work alongside business Subject Matter Experts (‘SME’) to support idea generation workshops to identify and deliver process automations in conjunction with relevant technical RPA guides.
