To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for additional expertise in process management within the areas of inventories and S&OP supply planning.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Academic degree or proven track record in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field
  • Ideally proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Several years of professional experience with ERP (especially SAP) are advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with great interest in the conception and implementation of new processes
  • Willingness for occasional travel and German & English at a proficient level

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the global strategy for processes and data in collaboration with the Senior Process Manager for the focus areas Supply Planning and Inventory management
  • Ensure standardized data collection, data handling and system entry to allow for a focus on decision making
  • Ensure knowledge build up and experience exchange across regions/sites (e.g. concept behind safety/cycle stock, inventory drivers, constrained vs. unconstrained demand)
  • Modelling, standardization, and documentation of processes along with training of local experts during roll-outs
  • Stay up to date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
