Senior Process Engineer

DESCRIPTION

Due to increased activity, Apollo is recruiting for a Process Engineer to join our Aberdeen offices on a long term contract basis.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• Degree in chemical or suitable engineering related course;
• Hands on experience in deriving engineering solutions as part of multi-disciplinary projects;
• Working knowledge of office software tools (MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.);
• Experience in the energy (oil and gas, water, power, renewables etc) and/or processing industries
• Experience in simulation skills such as HYSYS, OLGA, PipeSim etc

• Executing duties in compliance with applicable legislation, codes, standards, and Apollo’s quality control and administration procedures;
• Creating process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, H&MBs datasheets, and/or sizing calculations);
• Reporting to and meeting clients and other interested parties as required;
• Ensure timely delivery of all process deliverables
• Prepare estimates and schedules and assist in their review
• Any other delegated content as reasonably instructed by the line manager.
