• Bachelor/Master Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
• More than 6 Years Expereince
• Developing P&ID drawing and discuss with equipment supplier and completing technical specification, General arrangement drawings
• Inspection testing plan, Quality assurance and quality testing plan for the assigned works
• Inspection of raw material (plates, pipe, flanges, welding consumables.) and material test
• certificate/ mill certificate, NDT as per code and client specification.
• Identification of Raw materials-based Material test certificate and identification by Color
• coding.
• Identification of Pipeline loops based on Individual Isometric drawing, form loops,
• Identification of Field and shop joints as per P&ID.
• Welder Qualification as per code/ Specification Requirement in liaison with Client/ TPI.
• Fabrication of individual spools as per individual Isometric drawing. Completion of required
• NDT of the shop joints.
• Transferred Erected Spool, Support, and field material from work shop to site.
• Fabrication and installation of spools routing as per P& ID and welding of field joints & NDT of field joints as per Job requirement.
• Fabrication and installation of Pipe supports at the required location as per P&ID.
• Marking of Line identification as per Line no. (P&ID).
• Mechanical clearance of Pipeline for Hydro-test as per loop identification.
• Hydotest/pneumatic test of pipeline as per piping schedule filling up of water and carrying out pressure test.
• Painting as per line identification and painting scheme.
• Insulation and wrapping as per Project requirements.
• Monitoring/ Witnessing of the welding activities (before, during, after) as per client approved test plan, quality control procedure, approved general arrangement drawing, API 650 welded tanks for oil storage, WPS and client specification.
• Review of contract documents/ scope of work for contractor.
• Witness of welding procedure qualification test as per code and client requirement.
• Ensuring qualification of welders and welder operators, select welding process and welding consumables.
• Perform the stage wise inspection of fabrication as per ITP and approved general arrangement drawing.
• Monitor and witness welding parameters for the process such as SMAW, GTAM, GMAW, SAW.
• Witness of NDT such as UT, PT, MPI welds visual, leak test
• Carryout inspection for fit up, welding, preheat, inter pass temperature, PWHT.
• Witness of visual and final dimension inspection as per procedure, ITP and approved general arrangement drawing.
• Witness of weld repairs activities as per client approved WPS.
• Punch list preparation before hydro test.
• Witness of hydrostatic test, pneumatic test, filled water test, vacuum box test, oil chalk test as per client approved procedure and applicable standards.
• Review of supplier drawing, reports, procedure and documents
