Senior Process Engineer - Offshore

Lead the Process Engineering team for various project phases (Feasibility, Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Engineering) for Onshore/Offshore projects.
Review ITT documents, prepare technical queries, inputs, and man-hour estimates for proposals.
Ensure all deliverables meet project schedules, tender requirements, and quality standards within budgeted hours.
Analyze and identify design/contractual issues, schedule impacts, and design variations, and inform the project manager/team.

Prepare and review process simulations, BFDs, PFDs, and P&IDs based on various requirements and client specifications.
Develop and review documentation such as Design Basis, Philosophies, Specifications, Reports, and Data Sheets.
Specify, size, and provide process data for equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and compressors.
Conduct relief valve sizing, flare system design, and hydraulic performance analysis for relief systems.
Participate in workshops (Design Review, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PHA) and ensure process-related actions are closed out.
Provide process input for other disciplines and review multi-discipline engineering documents.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Strong technical knowledge in Process Engineering for Offshore Oil & Gas facilities.
Excellent design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process simulation tools (HYSYS, UNISIM, PROMAX) and hydraulic simulations (Pipenet, Korf, OLGA).
Familiarity with international codes, standards, and company standards.
Effective communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork and leadership skills, especially in remote team settings.
15-18 years of professional experience in Process Engineering and Design of Oil & Gas facilities, predominantly in offshore projects.
Experience in feasibility studies, conceptual design, pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design as a Lead Engineer.

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
Postgraduate degree is an advantage.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
