Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Process Engineer (Stamping) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Director, Mechanical Engineering, the Process Engineer role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Have the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
  • Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
  • Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
  • Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
  • Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong Knowledge in metals industries.
  • Knowledge in PLC & Robotics.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience in stamping presses.
  • NPI Experience.
  • Analytical, Methodical, focused on problem solving.
  • Team Management.
