EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Holds a master’s degree in related field (Business Administration, Economics, Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience with a proven record of exceptional performance
- Business acumen and process-orientation
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

We are looking for a candidate with both several years of professional experience and a good understanding of Service Delivery Process automation.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES – MISSION & VISION OF LOB
The mission of CPIT Adopt to Consume, as part of the CEO Board area, is to enhance customer and employee satisfaction and deliver exceptional experiences across all Lines of Service. This mission spans the entire lifecycle, from Service Portfolio and Sales to Delivery, guided by a structured methodology. The key objectives of the Service Delivery Transformation team include unifying, standardizing, and automating processes powered by AI — ensuring consistent data flow and accuracy. Additionally, the team focuses on driving innovation and adoption, improving system integration, and fostering the exchange of best practices while learning from top performers. These objectives are pursued in close collaboration with SAP’s Customer Success & Delivery board area.
EXPECTATIONS & TASKS – DELIVERABLES - WORK EXPERIENCE
- Drive the to-be process for Cloud Pre-packaged Services
- Align with business stakeholders across regions and GTM models, including Engagement Delivery (e.g. Preferred Success) and Service Delivery (e.g. Cloud Embedded Services, Professional Services)
- Translate the cloud transformation needs into functional concepts which can be realized by the engineering teams
- Oversee enablement, adoption and end user satisfaction across the various personas within the target groups
- Identify business challenges and opportunities within Engagement & Service Delivery that can be addressed using AI capabilities
- Work with established network of business stakeholder representatives to generate and prioritize a range of ideas, including quick wins, which can be further refined with the engineering teams and integrated in our product roadmaps
- Drive innovation by leveraging the power of AI to transform customer success, automate manual tasks, boost operational efficiency and achieve sustainable process excellence
