Senior Process Manager Billing B2B (f/m/d)

YOUR MISSION

• Your overall goal is to oversee and manage the Billing Process for our B2B clients, maximizing successful billing and payment of services delivered and minimal overdue invoices and bad debt
• Be in charge of our billing operations for all our B2B Fleet clients across all markets and manage the regular invoice and payment runs
• Design and develop a state of the art billing process for our various Fleet products, enhance the billing operations through strategic planning and technological integration
• Ensure successful execution of the billing process on a regular basis, prevent and resolve any blocks for process execution
• Align billing processes with Finance, Accounting, Product and Client teams and other departments for cohesive workflows
• Identify and address inefficiencies and improvement potentials in billing procedures, collaborate with IT and the Product Team for process automation and the reduction of manual efforts
• Collaborate with customer service and sales for billing issue resolution and improved satisfaction
• Establish quality control measures for accurate and compliant billing practices, including the support of Credit and Risk controls and master data management
• Use data analytics to monitor trends, propose solutions, and generate performance reports
