REQUIREMENTS
- Studies with focus in Pharmaceutics and/or Engineering and/or Business Administration and/or Business Informatics and/or related to Environmental Health and Safety
- Experience in one of the following areas:
- Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommending appropriate control measures
- Developing and delivering EHS training programs to educate employees on best practices and compliance with applicable regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Investigating incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks
- Monitoring and reporting EHS performance metrics to management and regulatory agencies as required
- English proficiency required, additional languages are an asset
- The role involves international travel
As Senior Process Manager, you additionally have:
- Relevant experience in min. 2 process domains and/or system support
- Proven experience in mentoring colleagues and external partners
Responsibilities:
- As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for the design and introduction of globally harmonized business processes and application systems. These will always take into account Boehringer Ingelheim’s strategic objectives and the needs of the business units and Corporate Functions.
- Managing existing processes and applications will be a key part of your role. This will include ensuring business support, training, validation, governance, handling of new demands, measuring KPIs, continuous improvement, and key user management.
- Based on your experience, you will drive innovative intentions and participate in digitalization projects.
As Senior Process Manager, you additionally take over the following tasks:
- In this role, the design and maintenance of efficient global standard processes will be your primary responsibility. This will involve identifying optimization potentials and developing optimization proposals in cooperation with the Global Process Owners (GPO).
- Working with the GPO, business functions, and IT, you will define process standardization for end-to-end processes and/or systems. This will also include defining and aligning user requirements with stakeholders.
- You will provide support in the ongoing execution of processes and applications and also take the lead in sharing best practices and community leadership.
- Ensuring validated and compliant processes and systems will be within your scope of responsibilities.
- Lastly, you will collaborate in several global projects, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
