We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Procurement Excellence Manager to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to define and implement our digital strategy and to professionalize and streamline the way we work.
The Indirect Procurement team is on a transformational journey to capture a large and unreleased potential by increasing the maturity and proactivity of the Global Indirect Procurement function.
We are creating this new role in our team with the aim of developing and delivering procurement standards combined with the possibility of creating significant bottom-line results.
The team you will be part of
You will be part of the Global Indirect Procurement organization, reporting to VP of Indirect Procurement, Peter Vuust and based in our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.
Your daily work involves collaboration with your stakeholders across business units in Jabra, SteelSeries and GN Hearing, so some international travel should be expected.
Initially, the position does not include people management responsibilities. However, this could change in the future as the role evolves.
Your contribution is appreciated, and as our new Senior Procurement Excellence Manager you have a well-assorted toolbox and experience within Indirect Procurement enabling you to shape GN’s ambitious procurement agenda and to deliver strategic and operational results.
You will be driving a mindset change as part of a maturity journey, but more specifically will be responsible for:
- Strategy Development: Defining a digitalization strategy and secure implementation of a Procure to Pay solution and potentially a new Contract Management system
- Data foundation: Establishing a future proof data foundation that enables and accelerates the use of AI integration and automatization
- Category Strategies: Developing and implementing a framework for Category Strategies which are directly linked to spend insight and analysis
- Policy Development: Anchoring Procurement Policies and processes that increases engagement and drives the procurement agenda within the organization
- Road mapping: Structure road mapping of sourcing initiatives and opportunities
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have at least 3 years of experience from a similar role, a highly digital profile and be excellent in process optimization.
Further you possess the following personal competencies:
- You are self-motivated, committed to achieving your goals and have a real desire to learn and grow in your role
- You take initiative, act proactively, and are to work on your own
- You are good at analyzing data and making decisions
- You have a global mindset and work effectively with people from different backgrounds and cultures
