QUALIFICATIONS

You hold either a Bachelor or Master´s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Purchasing or equivalent experience. You bring relevant experience within procurement, and you have acquired skills and knowledge from your previous roles you believe you can build on in this role.
Building and maintaining good working relationships is vital to this role, and the ideal candidate possesses excellent people skills as well as a profound understanding of quality, time, and stakeholder management. You will be working independently as well as in multiple teams. You communicate with ease in English and have solid IT user skills.

• Leading the tender process for procurement packages until contract award. This involves executing the tendering process, clarifying and evaluating bids, preparing and negotiating terms and conditions, and recommending and awarding suppliers.
• Conducting contract management activities for critical procurement packages in collaboration with consultant partners and internal stakeholders.
• Reporting project status to management.
• Aligning and collaborating across the project portfolio and with the category management team to ensure integration of overall supplier strategies
