You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Collaborative and builds effective relationships with the Project team, Contract Administrator, other internal stakeholders, the client, and suppliers
  • Organised, confident and experienced with spreadsheets, attentive to detail, and compliance focused
  • Experienced Procurement Officer, with a background in heavy industry
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field preferre

Responsibilities:

We are proud of the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build and are now recruiting for a Senior Procurement Officer to be part of our team and ongoing success. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, this role forms part of Ertech’s Civils and Underground works for Chevron’s Jansz-Io Compression project.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Compile register of materials and equipment requirements
  • Identify potential suppliers
  • Prepare RFQ for review by Engineering manager
  • Issue RFQs and obtain quotes complying with client procurement requirements
  • Analyse quotes, including levelling bids, and make recommendation to Engineering Manager
  • Track orders through entire process providing weekly reports on status until delivered to Perth
  • Arrange for materials to be quarantine processed
  • Tracking delivery materials from Perth to site and providing weekly status report

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
