PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z o.o. (PMI SCE) is seeking talented people to join our team in the Procurement Department in Kraków, Poland. As a Senior Procurement Sourcing Executive responsible for Factory CAPEX categories, you will perform bidding processes in the area of Construction, utilities, automation, intra-logistics or waste management, working closely with business stakeholders, global factories and category managers.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Sourcing: Execute sourcing activities through effective stakeholder management, conducting biddings and negotiations, participating in supplier selection and high complexity contracting in collaboration with PMI Legal department
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement costs, seeking opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement of construction materials and services.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, scientists, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and timelines.
- Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and market trends.
