JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Intelligence team is a small but growing function that will play a critical role in helping Postscript scale. We currently have a mix of Analytics Engineers and Product Analysts on the team. Our mission is to improve decision making at all levels of the company through trusted data, tools, and analysis. To accomplish our goals, we need versatile builders and analysts!
As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to be the primary analyst for our messaging ai products. Your insights and recommendations will have a direct impact on strategy, goals, and product design. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with lots of opportunity for growth. Also, as an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help lay the foundations for how we operate as a group. Come join us!

• Partner closely with product, design, and engineering to ship new products
• Develop new metrics to focus the teams on the key factors and track progress
• Design experiments and perform A/B testing to measure the efficacy of initiatives
• Develop write-ups and presentations to summarize findings and drive action
• Build self-service dashboards to democratize data and automate reporting
• Coordinate with BI, Engineering, and Product to ensure upstream data sources are delivered with the right frequency, grain, and information to support business objectives
