Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will leverage advanced technical skills, deep knowledge of Logistics Products, and strong business acumen to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that support strategic planning and decision-making for the Product Logistics team. You will have a key role in analysing product performance and building reports to support product development and improvement. You will work closely with Product managers, software engineers, data scientists and other cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve our products.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Winnipeg or Toronto office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Manager, Product Analyst

THESE ARE SOME OF THE KEY INGREDIENTS TO THE ROLE:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve product performance through in-depth data analysis
  • Conduct simulations, experiments and multivariate analyses to derive causality and test hypotheses
  • Create end to end data pipelines and design new metrics and dashboards to support analysis and empower stakeholders to self-serve
  • Develop strong relationships with a network of stakeholders, establishing clear prioritisation and managing expectations
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders for large & complex projects in easy-to-understand language
  • Lead small projects and mentor more junior colleagues, revising their work and guiding them towards project completion
