Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in product delivery management or related roles.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex delivery projects with a strategic impact.
- Strong expertise in backlog management, capacity planning, and delivery process optimization.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks, with a focus on successful project outcomes.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in implementing Agile practices in delivery management.
- Proficiency in using team collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
- An open-minded, goal-oriented, and innovative mindset with a commitment to driving excellence in product delivery.
- Excellent command of English (C1 Level).
- IT experience is a must.

Responsibilities:
As a Product Delivery Manager, you will play a strategic and leadership role in our organization. You will be at the forefront of driving product delivery excellence, ensuring that our products meet business objectives and are delivered on time with the highest quality. Your responsibilities will extend across various domains, including:
- Strategic Delivery Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the delivery strategy, aligning it with business goals and long-term objectives. You will ensure that complex, high-impact projects are delivered successfully, meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with diverse teams, including senior management, product delivery managers, developers, and external partners, to ensure alignment on product goals and strategic decision-making. You will act as a vital link between teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Backlog and Roadmap Management: Take ownership of the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring that they are well-maintained, prioritized according to business value, and effectively communicated across the organization.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks and issues throughout the delivery process. You will develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes, while fostering a proactive risk management culture within the team.
- Process Improvement and Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery team, implementing best practices and new methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall product quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decisions and ensuring that delivery priorities align with business needs. You will deliver clear and consistent strategic messages that build trust and reliability.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize metrics and data analysis to inform decisions, optimize delivery processes, and improve product performance. Your strategic insights will drive continuous improvement and innovation within the delivery team.
- Mentorship and Development: Mentor and guide other managers, providing coaching and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
