Technatomy is currently seeking a Senior Product Delivery Manager to join our team in support of our Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Enterprise Module & System Integration Services (VEMSIS) contract.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in product delivery/release management.
• Ability to facilitate cross-team and customer collaboration during all phases of the release train.
• Quality assurance expertise in establishing and implementing testing, quality standard, and acceptance criteria.
• Release train experience utilizing established frameworks and modern software development tools such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Kanban, or DevSecOps.
• Demonstrated success implementing and/or maintaining a customer delivery/release workflow, for all touch points including managing delivery/release communications.
• ITIL V3 Certified, KCS Practices V5 Certified

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Prior VA or Federal Agency experience preferred.
• Current VA clearance highly desired.
• Prior experience with VA Digital Transformation Center (DTC), VA Enterprise Case Management Solutions (VECMS), or VA Product and Technology Ecosystem Management Service (PTEMS) is a plus.
• Obtained prestigious awards for innovation and delivery (Salesforce Service Cloud Innovation Award, Stevie Award or others pertinent to Salesforce Delivery.)

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE PART OF A TEAM RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Delivering lower complexity, modular Low Code-No Code solutions that will enable reusable service-focused software component architectures including PaaS functions/capabilities, SaaS integrations, APIs, and Digital modernization and emerging technology support.
• Implementing solutions using platforms such as Salesforce/Mulesoft, Pega, MS Dynamics and PowerApps Suite (including PowerBI), and Box.
• In service under VA’s Digital Transformation Center (DTC), delivering capabilities in the areas of: Case Management Modernization, Data Ops, Applied AI, and Rapid Prototyping.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the delivery/release of modular, lower complexity LCNC solutions and services, with expertise in platforms like PEGA, Box, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics.
• Lead cross-functional module delivery teams across disparate SaaS/PaaS offerings.
• Work closely with engineering and management teams to oversee product delivery/release.
• Plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile teams for timely and high-quality product releases.
• Coordinate with all teams, stakeholders, and clients for seamless product delivery to end-users.
