Minimum of 4 years of experience as a digital Product Designer.

• Proven proficiency in Figma and experience with component libraries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and the impact of your work on past projects.
• Solid experience in user research, usability testing, and prototyping. An eye for accessibility is a huge plus to make our product even better.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the design process.
• A reflective mindset that challenges the status quo and fosters a culture of learning within the design team and company.
• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions in both English and German

As a (Senior) Product Designer, you will:

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Community Managers, and our technical team to understand user and stakeholder needs and contribute to the overall product strategy.
• Lead user research and usability testing activities to gain insights, inform design decisions, and make sure our users’ voices are heard loud and clear within the company.
• Drive the UI/UX design process autonomously, from research, ideation and prototyping to high-fidelity UI, ensuring consistency with our brand across our mobile app and web product.
• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of engineers and developers, involving them early in the design process to gain their perspective and to ensure a smooth implementation.
• Stay in the loop on industry trends, emerging tech, and best practices to continually improve our product design processes.

What we are looking for
