As a Senior Product Designer at FIS, you’ll take ownership of design vision and execution to design the future of banking experience for millions of consumers. This is a senior-level position within our new design group, focusing on a mix of building banking experiences from scratch, redesigning existing SaaS banking products, and contributing to an FIS design system.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape the future of banking products used by millions globally, driving creative and strategic design leadership across our platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate product strategy discussions, road mapping sessions, and ideation activities to support business goals.
- Collaborate with product leads and engineering teams to manage multiple design workstreams, from ideation to execution.
- Design intuitive, end-to-end product experiences for financial products, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Utilize user research, data, and insights to inform design decisions, creating prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Lead design sprints and planning sessions, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in design systems and frameworks, enabling reuse and scalability across the product suite.
- Communicate the impact of design decisions within the project team and beyond, telling a clear story of why decisions were made.
- Work through ambiguity, turning complex problems into clear design solutions.
