About the Role
As a Product Designer, you’ll utilize your expertise in client-facing roles to design visually compelling user experiences and ensure consistent decisions across various working environments. Collaboration will be essential as you cater to internal clients at an enterprise level, enhancing the discovery process with strategic questioning.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven proficiency in enterprise environments, focusing on product/app design
• Expertise in Sketch and/or Figma
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Independent, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal oversight

• Design and implement UI/UX strategies to develop engaging and intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with internal teams and decision-makers, ensuring design consistency at scale
• Conduct product/app experience evaluations, leveraging best practices and data insights
• Utilize tools such as Sketch and/or Figma for day-to-day design tasks
• Drive the discovery process to identify user needs and inform design decisions
