ABOUT THE COMPANY:

GetBlock.io is a rapidly growing company in the blockchain industry, providing access to blockchain nodes for various projects, companies, and developers. Our team has been on the market for over 5 years, and we continue to expand as the demand for blockchain services rises.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in B2B tools for developers or engineers.
• Expertise: Strong command of industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Miro, FigJam, etc.). Experience with prototyping and testing tools is a plus.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with front-end development processes and capabilities, enabling smooth designer-developer collaboration.
• Research Skills: Proficiency in planning and conducting user research, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience working in cross-functional teams is essential.
• Passion for Innovation: A keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly blockchain and decentralized solutions, is preferred but not mandatory.

• DRIVE PRODUCT DESIGN VISIONCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop a clear and strategic design vision for our core products.Translate complex requirements and user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• END-TO-END DESIGN OWNERSHIPOwn the entire design lifecycle: from conducting user research and creating wireframes/prototypes, to final handoff and implementation support.Champion design consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• USER RESEARCH & VALIDATIONPlan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and market research to inform design decisions.Analyze feedback, metrics, and data to validate hypotheses and refine product features.
• ITERATIVE IMPROVEMENTContinuously test and improve design concepts with real users.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences and efficient design-development processes.
