In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping the future of our user experience (UX) across our digital products and services. Working with the leading e-commerce platform in the Nordics, you’ll make life easier for shoppers and shop owners by enhancing payments’ orchestration. You’ll leverage your expertise in user-centered design methodologies to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing experiences that drive user satisfaction and business growth. Your main responsibilities include:

• Establish design as an integral part of how we build products and run our business
• Collaborate with strategic partners to optimize the performance and integration points of our product trio, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment
• Advance our mastery of design thinking and UX practices, enabling a culture of collaborative product discovery and innovative problem-solving
• Utilize user insights and strategic design to shape vision and drive decision-making
• Implement and manage our design system, adhering to established principles, guidelines, and components to foster consistency, coherence, and scalability across digital touchpoints

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design including a portfolio showcasing design for SaaS platforms, with a bonus for experience in the financial sector, B2B2C, or e-commerce
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Proficiency with design tools, particularly Figma, with experience in implementing industry-leading design methodologies; experience in developing or refining design systems is a plus
• Dedicated to crafting exceptional and viable UX, guided by user empathy, data insights, research, and testing in design deliveries
• Proven ability to think creatively, solve complex problems, and exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all design endeavors
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating seamless integration of design strategies with business objectives
• Pragmatic, proactive, and collaborative, adept at staying motivated and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments, effectively contributing to cross-functional teams amid shifting prioritie
