We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our design team at Oppizi.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time position 100% remote. As a Product Designer at Oppizi, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to create intuitive and impactful user experiences. You will be responsible for all stages of the design process, from concept development to final production.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business context, products, and users to make better design decisions.
- Create user-centered and visually appealing designs for our digital products.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on the product discovery, defining product requirements and ensure design feasibility
- Conduct internal and external user research (in English) to understand user needs and gather insights
- Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and industry best practices
- Promote the learning and sharing of best practices and experiences among the teams to enable continual process improvement.
- Train and help to develop other designers
- Improve the company design processes
