The Senior Product Designer is a remote position, allowing you to work from home and be located anywhere in the United States. However, preference will be given to candidates based in the Eastern and Central time zones, as the majority of our team is located in Europe.

• User Research & Insights: Conduct and analyze user research using various methods (e.g., observation, surveys, interviews, user testing) to gather deep insights into user needs and behavior.
• Discovery & Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with the Product Manager to conduct discovery research that informs and shapes the product roadmap, aligning it with user needs and business goals.
• Design & Prototyping: Translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that simplify complexity for expert users.
• Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a global design team in Finland and Sweden, as well as with key stakeholders in the US, UK, and Finland, to ensure alignment and high-quality execution of designs.
• Implementation Support: Partner with developers in Europe to ensure that the designs are implemented to the highest standards, providing guidance throughout the development process.
