(Senior) Product Designer

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating user-centered, impactful designs to join our team at YAZIO, where you’ll focus on enhancing user engagement and retention. Here, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and other designers, leveraging your expertise in user research and design to build meaningful, intuitive experiences that inspire and engage our users.

This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for a (Senior) Product Designer with:

• 3+ years of product design experience with a focus on mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping and usability testing tools like Maze, Dovetail and Lookback.
• Strong expertise in user research and usability testing—you should be adept at using data to inform your designs and comfortable conducting research to refine concepts.
• A portfolio that showcases user-centered designs and highlights impactful, research-driven projects.
• Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
• Proven experience in preparing projects for developer handoff, ensuring design fidelity across different platforms.
• A growth mindset, with an interest in mentoring junior designers and contributing to our design knowledge base.
