SKILLS:

  • Experience with customer acquisition in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and a strong interest in digital marketing.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Strong communication skills and empathy to work closely with our stakeholder and our engineering team

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Define and implement a product strategy that drives user acquisition and growth, aligned with business objectives.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain a product roadmap focused on acquisition goals, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives. Lead the quarterly planning of our acquisition squad and develop an aligned plan for the next 3 months within our cross-functional set up with marketing and sales.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, data, design, research and engineering teams to build, launch, and iterate on acquisition-focused products and features.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, insights, and results to stakeholders, providing transparency into the acquisition product roadmap and performance.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition strategies, and continuously refine the approach based on performance metrics.
  • Customer Insights: Empathize with our product, industry and our customers by working closely with our research team to build acquisition strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Contribute to the Design and execution of A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features for better user acquisition and conversion.
  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end product development process for acquisition-related features, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while working closely with our engineers.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
