Description:
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Product Manager leads the development and execution of a product strategy, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation. They are responsible for defining the product vision, conducting market research, analysing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining product requirements to ensure the product aligns with customer needs and drives business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders to align around priorities
- A strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies (experimentation, ab testing, continuous , roadmapping, scientific product development)
- Ability to perform extensive market research to determine what type of products consumers need
- Familiar with prioritisation frameworks
- Can ensure the solution is viable
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Understands and uses SEO fundamentals
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
- Understands how to lead products to success
- Has deep knowledge in the appropriate area
- Previous experience in e-commerce, conversion optimization and growth;
- Previous auto experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Leads experimentation definition, execution and post analysis
- Optimisations of business processes
- Sets success metrics for epics, issues and tracks post-launch metrics
- Researches and defines category vision and strategy
- Ensures the product completeness
- Evaluates potential and fitting products for acquisition by AUTODOC
- Develops the programme vision and roadmap
- Creates and manages the product backlog
- Defines releases and programm increments
- Identifies the potential risks to the product’s success and develops contingency plans to mitigate them
