Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our global Academia and Government Product Management team! The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for turning business strategy into product strategy and defining and delivering features that our customers will love.
You will also be responsible for prioritizing requirements for future product development; writing user stories; making development choices to maximize business value; and working across multiple stakeholder teams to align development to product strategy. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field / or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of product management experience
• At least 5 years’ experience of gathering requirements in close collaboration with customers.

• Analyze customer needs and wants, and use prioritization techniques to determine which products or features will best meet those demands.
• Experiment, evaluate and create detailed product requirements, wireframes, and documentation in collaboration with user experience, user design, product analytics, product marketing, and development teams.
• Drive iterative enhancements through rapid product releases.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide demonstrations and release notes through various channels.
• Collaborate with varied business units, including content, data science, and sales.
• Lead an agile product development team at standups, retros, and planning meetings.
• Maintain an active backlog of product ideas, experiments, and enhancements.
