• Lead as a product SME responsible for providing detailed requirements and business rules to support a complex multi-year program
• Lead complex change initiatives to continuously improve the offering and processes, enhancing customer outcomes and value.
• Lead product process developments and enhancements utilising customer centred design thinking.
• Stay abreast of the regulatory environment the product operates within, and lead the execution of regulatory changes.
• Monitoring of product P&L, product performance and competitor landscape
• Identification of growth opportunities and delivery of initiatives to continuously improve the product offering
• Ensuring continued product compliance with regulatory obligations and relevant Group Policies and Standards
• Gaining insights into customer needs, and leading change to resolve customer pain points
• Proactive identification, mitigation, and management of product risks
• Coaching of the Product Managers in the squad to drive consistent, high quality outcomes
• Building and fostering of strong relationships across the product value chain, to ensure efficient delivery of product roadmap and resolution of issues
