  • Analytical Thinker: Strong ability to analyze technical challenges and work with engineering and other product teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaboration with Engineering and Product Teams: Exceptional ability to work closely with engineering teams, the Outbound Product Manager, and other product managers, ensuring technical alignment across the product portfolio.
  • Technology Leadership: Experience in working with technical leads, SMEs, and executive leadership to make sound technological decisions that drive growth and innovation.
  • Technical Debt Management: Proven ability to assess and manage technical debt in collaboration with engineering leads to ensure long-term product sustainability.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining portfolio consistency.
