Description:

The Role
As Senior Product Manager for Linktree’s Content Moderation and Curation team, you’ll be responsible for keeping our platform safe, vibrant and relevant. You’ll own the roadmap for all of our products and systems in this space, ranging from our AI-powered detection systems to our in-house content-review tools. Ultimately, your job will be to make Linktree a better place for our tens of millions of users and our billions of visitors around the world.
You’ll collaborate with engineers, senior leaders, and our content moderators to drive alignment and ship awesome products. You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest conversations in this rapidly evolving space. And you’ll own our overall strategy for how best to moderate and curate the content on our platform. In doing so, you’ll play a crucial role in helping Linktree achieve our mission: To empower anyone to curate and grow their digital universe.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of engineers, product designers and data scientists, fostering cross-discipline collaborations to achieve impressive results. You’ll employ a broad range of modern product management techniques, and you’ll communicate in a way that’s easy for your team-mates to understand. You’ll also mentor our other PMs, drawing on your considerable professional experience to help distil best practices and drive their development.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product strategy for content moderation and curation at Linktree;
  • Prioritize the roadmap for all our engineering work in this space;
  • Collaborate with the engineers in your squad to deliver impactful products;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in this space, to ensure we’re always operating at the cutting-edge;
  • Define and monitor our key metrics for content moderation and curation;
  • Distil insights that inform our product strategy and roadmap;
  • Drive alignment among all stakeholders, including our senior leadership team;
  • Contribute to our company’s overall strategy, ensuring we remain competitive and innovative;
  • Evangelise best practices for product management, and drive adoption across the company.

Who We’re Looking For

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience working as a PM in content moderation and curation;
  • If you have substantially more experience than this, we’d love to chat about a Staff-level role with a similar remit.
  • You love staying up-to-date with the wider conversations in this space;
  • You have hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams;
  • You have many examples of using data and insights to drive business impact;
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, agile product development environment;
  • You have experience using “build-measure-learn” cycles to ship quickly, iterate and derive powerful insights.
