Description:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager in our seller services team in Luxembourg to innovate our Fees and Operations processes in the EU Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program.
Key job responsibilities
Main responsibilities include: (1) Defining requirements to streamline the end to end Seller experience of charging fees. (2) Working with Operations teams to define and implement new processes to collect information to determine fees. (3) Scoping new requirements with tech teams across Fees, fulfillment and seller services to implement changes. (4) Leading the seller engagement and adoption efforts to implement new changes. (5) Lead reviews with senior leadership on these initiatives. The candidate will closely with product, Operations, finance and legal teams to drive these initiatives.
