Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Growth to join our team and lead our efforts in accelerating digital transactions through strategic experimentation and optimization. This role will focus on developing and implementing growth strategies, managing stakeholders, setting direction, and building optimization roadmaps. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams across Marketing, Digital, Data & Analytics, Customer to Cash, and Commercial Engineering to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and optimal user experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies focused on increasing digital acquisition and retention.
  • Set direction and build optimization roadmaps to enhance digital performance.
  • Lead stakeholder management across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Define and oversee A/B tests in collaboration with Marketing and Performance teams.
  • Define strategic requirements for the Data & Analytics team to aid in performance monitoring.
  • Track and provide insights on monthly OKRs, working with leadership to set future targets.
  • Assemble and present materials for digital monthly sales meetings.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of marketing, sales performance, data, and e-commerce to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
