We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the development of new products, guiding them from initial concept through to full-scale production.
This role involves managing an interdisciplinary project team and ensuring that all project milestones and goals are successfully achieved.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in stack development for fuel cells or electrolysers.
• Proven track record in project management for product development, particularly in electrolysis, fuel cells, or energy technology.
• Degree in a technical or commercial discipline.
• Extensive experience in managing product development projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and certifications (e.g., IPMA, PMI) is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident communication, and the ability to mediate diverse interests.
• Goal-oriented, responsible, and highly organized with a conceptual approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

• Lead the development of new products according to our Product Development Process (PEP).
• Plan, execute, and drive the project from initial idea to series production, ensuring all milestones and goals are met.
• Manage an interdisciplinary team across different departments and locations.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage resources, and control costs to ensure project success.
• Structure and lead decision-making processes within the project team.
• Proactively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.
