Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategic development of our regions, focusing on the UK and North America source markets. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will drive innovative product design, effective procurement, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the team to craft and operate market-leading small-group adventure tours, with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Analyse customer and competitor data to develop an innovative, unique, and commercially profitable regional portfolio and strategy.
  • Maintain and cultivate strong supplier relationships, managing rate discussions, overrides, and commercial agreements.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and health & safety objectives are met.
  • Maintain excellent operational standards by analysing and acting on customer feedback and trends.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to optimise tours through volume, revenue, and trip fill.
  • Support marketing and trade with inspirational content and trading requirements.
  • Support the international sales team to improve tour occupancy and remove barriers to booking.
  • Ensure product content is accurate and optimised to support online conversion targets.
