Your mission

• Be part of a cross-functional team to drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring that products deliver unique value to our users
• Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize product features and improvements that align with our strategic goals
• Engage with our users to gather insights and feedback, using this information to refine product strategy and feature development
• Work closely with engineering, product design, and business intelligence teams to ensure successful product releases and market adoption
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation and the exploration of new ideas to meet user needs

Your profile

• A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and growing digital products
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in user-centered design and agile development methodologies
• A deep understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product features
• Passionate about building community and making a positive impact on urban living environments
• Thrives in a startup culture, with a hands-on approach and a willingness to take on diverse challenges
