SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager in our Core Services team. The team are the drivers behind our core product agnostic capabilities – brilliant people working together to create, code, and build the next game changers.
Please note, the minimum expectation for office attendance is two to three days per week in our central London office.

• Develop the Core Services platform to enable our teams to deliver an ever expanding portfolio of credit products to our customers through an exceptional experience for both borrowers and the internal teams that support them.
• Drive an empowered product & engineering team that helps deliver our strategy, product vision, OKRs and roadmap for Core Services - collaborating with business & technology teams to identify, prioritise & deliver opportunities for growth, customer experience improvement & efficiency
• Make decisions on scope to deliver value in increments as quickly as possible, managing trade-offs (both business and technical) to get things done
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, be the go-to person in your domain and enable fast decision-making.
• Support the growth & development of the culture within the wider Product team
• Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
