Senior Product Manager - Growth is responsible for product initiatives to grow user adoption, customer acquisition and retention. You will work in a small, agile team and work closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales, Customers and Finance teams to make the product the primary driver of customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. Your goal is to empower users to discover, adopt, and derive value from our product.

Overview of Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a product-led-growth strategy that will drive customer acquisition, retention and expansion
  • Drive and coordinate a product roadmap that will ensure the PLG strategy comes to life and achieves its objectives
  • Lead initiatives to deliver a fully automated onboarding experience, and continually optimize and improve to ensure new customers experience immediate value from Karbon
  • Own and optimize the self service subscription flow to drive initial sign ups and expansion
  • Focus on specific problems, form a hypothesis and run experiments until our metrics are met, including growth experimentation, A/B and multivariate tests, and funnel analysis
  • Analyze data to understand user behavior and identify success metrics, including north metrics so we are better able to predict and accelerate customer conversion
  • Championing the development of growth loops to drive our land and expand strategy in multi team firms
  • Measuring conversion through the trial sign-up flow and removing unnecessary friction
  • Partner with Marketing to improve and optimize new customer sign ups, and the hand-off from marketing site to product, with the goal of improving win rates and sales cycle velocity
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders across the consideration, acquisition and retention stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Work with Product Management team to champion PLG initiatives into their roadmaps
  • Maintain intelligence on our customers, competition, the industry, and PLG trends, and use this to drive strategy and share insights cross-functionally
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships both within the Product team and the wider organization

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in a Product Management role delivering high quality solutions.
  • Experience driving Growth initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Deep understanding of metrics, market segmentation, and analytics
  • Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Hands-on experience with a range of tools and channels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passionate about building great products that meet our customer’s needs
  • Experience working on SaaS and mobile apps that target businesses or consumers
  • Driven to understand customer insights and champion their voice.
  • Analytical skills and desire to dig into the data to understand user behaviour and success metrics.
  • Be a team player who is able to establish rapport, credibility, and trust throughout the organisation at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills to work in an international, multi-location team.
