We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Growth product area. This role is located at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Product Manager for Growth & Monetization, you’ll own the monetization roadmap for our product. You’ll focus on building and refining our pricing, packaging, and revenue-generating strategies across markets. Working in close collaboration with the commercial team, you’ll develop scalable, user-centered approaches to maximize our revenue potential while ensuring exceptional user experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6+ years of experience working with product development in a growing and data-driven organization
  • Strong product expertise, with a solid understanding of software development principles, agile development methodologies, and both qualitative and quantitative experimentation methodologies.
  • Hands-on PM experience delivering world class end user experiences in B2C/B2B context
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, helping your team prioritize and communicating that priority in the organization.
  • The ability to lead in complex and uncertain environments and thrive when you drive change and create structure.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/ BONUS SKILLS:

  • Experience in product management with a focus on monetization or growth
  • Proven track record of developing successful pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Form and grow a vision, strategy for monetisation that helps serve our users and business goals.
  • Define, analyze, and monitor key metrics to measure success, and own initiatives to drive improvement.
  • Build a strong partnership with the commercial and sales teams to ensure we have alignment to meet our revenue goals.
  • Expertly communicate with internal stakeholders to make sure we are building the right things, tracking success metrics, and communicating developments.
  • Collaborate with design and technical peers in the daily operations to ensure delivery by also keeping an eye on capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth to empower the team.
