Description:

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY

  • Prior product management experience with a focus on subscription models, eCommerce, MarTech customer-centric solutions
  • Strong understanding of technology principles and methodologies, with experience working closely with technology teams
  • An understanding of back-end technology systems and how they interact with front-end sales flows
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation tools such as Confluence and Jira
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently

User Experience & Customer Focus

  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that user experience is at the forefront of all decisions
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure successful implementation of digital product enhancements
  • Understand and adapt to the technology team’s methodologies and ways of working, fostering strong collaboration and communicatio

Requirements Definition

  • Gather and document business requirements using tools such as Confluence and Jira
  • Develop comprehensive user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholder

Responsibilities:

Product Development

  • Define and prioritise product initiatives aligned with commercial objectives and customer needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Prioritise features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and commercial objectives, with a focus on subscription funnels, payment systems
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in E-commerce product offerings to enhance the customer experience
  • Work with development tech leads and other members of the delivery teams to continuously review timelines to ensure delivery expectations are met
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure requirements are current and relevant
